The Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY was the first Playstation Certified phone and is certainly a fun one to play with. As I’m sure you can imagine, the first thing we did was unlock Sony Ericsson Xperia Play. In terms of the unlocking process, it is one of the easiest phones to unlock, however, obtaining the codes can take a long time.

1.) Insert an Unaccepted SIM Card – one that is not from the original network carrier the phone is from.
2.) You will be prompted to enter the unlock code. You may have to Slide to Unlock depending on your Firmware version

4.) Press Unlock
5.) Your phone may reboot.  Your phone will be unlocked after the reboot.
